I'm a native to West Central Minnesota but I started my career in California. I've climbed the ladders quickly, but my aptitude for organizational change comes from almost always taking positions that are brand new to an organization. There's a level of grit required in pioneering one's own job well when expectations are constantly building. That has created a confidence to help owners and teams navigate new things.
While the majority of my time has been spent as a leader inside the financial industry niche, I am firsthand versed in manufacturing, hotel management and out of the box thinking. I bring an operations improvement mindset with HR, Marketing, Sales, and Coaching experience. I am the one you want in the room when no one else knows what to do. There's often a moment in strategic planning when an idea is quietly lobbed to the group. Someone catches it and builds on it. Then it gets built on again. Soon everyone's excited and it's hard to tell whose idea it was in the first place. That's my favorite kind of magic.
